12 months ago, I signed up to the 12 week challenge at Definition Fitness expecting to hate it. However to my surprise it was the best thing that ever happened! It was so good I decided to do another! This time I focused on the group classes and at one stage found myself doing 8-9 classes per week. Yep twice a day at times.
But not because I had to, because I wanted to. I have made so many friendships who I consider my family now.
The classes at Definition fitness is what makes it so special, the coaches are incredible, encouraging and the support you receive are undeniable truly amazing! Due to chronic pain and injuries I am restricted to a lot of the movements, however the coaches always provide me with alternatives to ensure I reach my goals. Some often join me to ensure I finish off my workout.
I never imagined myself looking forward to exercise and enjoying it, however it is safe to say 12 months on, I still attend approx. 6 classes a week because we have become a family now.
I cannot recommend the classes at definition fitness enough, the coaches are so knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly care about who we are.
