Absolutely! We specialise in body transformations and fat loss. Having transformed literally thousands of bodies over the last 10 years.

Through education, nutrition, training and the tools provided, we guarantee you can achieve fat loss results following the plan!  

Most definitely! It’s a common misconception that you can’t build muscle or strength from home. But we have done it! And we want to show you how to do it with minimal equipment, using mindset, and specific training programs created to achieve strength and muscle gains from home! The we pair this with optimal nutrition for gains, and it’s a win win! 

Not at all! We recommend having some form of weights, even home items, and a resistance band at the least. If you can get dumbbells, or a kettle bell or a barbell that would be great, but, using the techniques and programs supplied to you, you will not need to purchase any equipment if you don’t wish to. 

You will be surprised at how challenging and effective home workouts with Definition can be, and how good the results are!
