For the entire month of April, all you have to do is sign up for a 12-month lock-in contract to be in the draw. Sign up as a gym member and receive x1 entry or sign up as a Platinum member and receive x3 entries.
Current members, you also have a chance to win this weapon of a bike! All you have to do is refer a friend. If they sign up as a gym member, you will also receive x1 entry or if they sign up as a Platinum member, you will also receive x3 entries.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of New South Wales, Australia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Definition Fitness and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. An upfront payment of a $99 sign-up fee and $40 key tag fee is required to have eligible entry into the giveaway.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on April 1, 2024, and ends on April 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
Entry Method: To enter, individuals must sign up for a 12-month contracted membership at Definition Fitness during the entry period. Gym memberships are equal to one entry and Platinum memberships are equal to three entries.
a. Referrals: Current members of Definition Fitness who refer a new sign-up as part of this promotion will receive one entry into the giveaway for a referred Gym membership sign-up, or three entries for a Platinum membership sign-up. Definition Fitness members that refer new signup(s) must be paying members.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The drawing will be conducted on Saturday May 4th 11:00am at Definition Fitness.
Prize: The prize is a 2011 Yamaha R1 Motorcycle with an estimated value of $12,000. The motorcycle will be transferred to the winner's name, but the winner is solely responsible for any costs associated with registration, insurance, taxes, stamp duty, transfer fees or other fees required for legal ownership and operation of the motorcycle. Number plates are not included. Will get plates changed over for the winner.
Winner Notification: The drawing will be conducted on Saturday May 4th 11:00am at Definition Fitness and to receive the prize the winner must be present. If the individual is not present with identification, within 2 minutes of the draw another name will be drawn.
Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Definition Fitness to use their name, likeness, and/or photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability: Definition Fitness, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for any losses, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Modification or Cancellation: Definition Fitness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason. For the motorbike to be given away, there needs to be a minimum of 50 contracted membership sign-ups within the giveaway period. If this target is not reached, every sign-up is eligible for a 100% refund.
General Conditions: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Definition Fitness reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
